Remote support Available from 9am - 5pm MON - FRI
£20 for the first hour and £15per additional hour, or subscribe to our Silver remote support package for only £95 giving
you 6 remote sessions in a 12 month period at 1 hour each, if you use your 6 hours you can still use the
service for £15 per hour within that 12 month period from taking out the support contract. You will never pay our £20 hour
rate during that year again.
Emergency out of hours available MON-FRI
5pm - 7am, SAT 9am - 3am £40 for the 1st hour, then £25 per hour.
